Dr Oh is a highly sought international political speaker and advisor to local and international organizations. His highest profile job was being appointed asthe Political Secretary to Prime Minister Datuk Seri NajibRazakbetween June 2009 - July 2011. He is currently an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the S.Rajaratnam School of International Studies, which is a policy-oriented think tank within the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

He is also currently serving various organizations,such as the Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute (ASLI) as its Senior Advisor for International Affairs since August 2017. He was also appointed as the Principal Advisor for the Asia Pacific Research Centre in April 2016.

His working experience includes serving with international organizations such as the International Telecommunication Union and also the Working Group on Emergency Telecommunications both located in Geneva, Switzerland.

Dr Oh is fluent more than 5 languages namely English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, German and French. He holds a degree in Aeronautical & Mechanical Engineering and also holds a Juris Doctor in Law (JD) of which both was obtained from the University of California.
