Azmir Ramli co-founded Glenhill Capital in 2015

While working as a Research Associate with a think tank, he knew that someday and somehow he would be an entrepreneur. True enough in 2014 he started his stevedoring company with little capital and turned it into the largest stevedoring provider in Sabah. That was when he knew that in order to assist like-minded people to grow, access to capital was key.

Despite having a strong background in Logistics and armed with Advance Diploma in Logistics Management and a Chartered Member from the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (UK),  he had this thing for venture capital and private equity. “The idea of participating in great companies led by extraordinary people just makes me happy, I’d just love to help them reach greater heights.
